NORWALK COMPRESSOR COMPANY'S FACTORY RE-MANUFACTURING PROGRAM has been instituted to operate on both a domestic and international basis.

HERE'S HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS:
An owner of a Norwalk Compressor wishing to have their "work horse" overhauled, would send the Norwalk Compressor to Norwalk's Factory, in Stratford, CT. (U.S.) for total refurbishment. Since Norwalk Compressor Company, Inc., is the "O.E.M.", the compressor package is thoroughly inspected by O.E.M factory trained technicians. All Components are then either "reconditioned" to original factory tolerances, or completely replaced with NEW "Genuine Norwalk Replacement Parts". This process enables the entire compressor package to be brought back to original design specifications. The result: an Owner receives their Norwalk Compressor essentially "Re-Manufactured", ready to continue providing many years of reliable service, at a lower cost versus purchasing a new compressor.

All Norwalk compressors which go through Norwalk's program receive an exclusive warranty equivalent to a warranty received when a "NEW" Norwalk Compressor is purchased; twelve (12) months after initial operation or eighteen (18) months after shipment, whichever occurs first.

Should the owner elect to have one of our service representatives visit their Norwalk Compressor installation, Norwalk maintains a staff of trained service technicians to provide on-site inspections and repairs.

In addition, Norwalk Compressor Company is capable of gas service conversions on existing compressors. For a nominal fee a "feasibility study" would be performed, generating a report based on customer records, logs, and Norwalk archive files. If necessary, Norwalk Compressors can be researched as far back as 100 + years.
